Tim took on a challenging hipped roof attic conversion building out a dormer on the hip. Space was at a premium & he did very well maximising it.
The job took 6 weeks, including installation of RSJ beams, building out 2 dormers, first & second fix electrics & carpentry, bathroom plumbing, plastering & roofing. Overall I’m very satisfied with the work and found him very reliable.
